Niman Ranch

Niman Ranch is a chef-trusted brand known for raising animals humanely and sustainably on U.S. family farms. Livestock are raised outdoors, fed a 100% vegitarian diet, and never given added hormones or antibiotics – resulting in consistently, exceptional, all-natural meats.

Chatel Farms 

Chatel Farms oversees every step of production – from calving to finishing – ensuring exceptional animal welfare and uncompromising quality. Their genetically pure Angus and Wagyu cattle are humanely raised without growth-promoting drugs or added hormones, and nourished on lash pasture, natural forages, and locally sourced grains.

We carefully partner with well managed fisheries that prioritize healthy fish populations and responsible for harvesting practices, along with day-boat fleets that deliver ultra-fresh, low-impact catches. Halperns’ also supports sustainable aquaculture by working with trusted farms and innovative suppliers committed to environmentally responsible practices. Mountain River from New Zealand’s free-range pastures deliver exceptional flavor with naturally lean, nutritious profile. Raised In harmony with nature, these premium meats reflect New Zealand’s farmers’ commitment to sustainable practices, animal welfare, and producing high-quality red meat that inspires culinary creativity and a healthy lifestyle. 

Durham Ranch 

Durham Ranch is a premier producer of fresh, all-natural grain-fed domestic bison. Naturally lean and flavorful, bison offers less fat and fewer calories while delivering more protein and iron that many traditional proteins. Raised without added hormones and non-allergenic, Durham Ranch bison is a nutritious, high-quality alternative to other conventional meats.

Blue Ridge Rabbits 

Blue Ridge Rabbits are raised on a family farm in Blue Ridge, Georgia, without antibiotics or added hormones. Each rabbit is humanely raised in an individual, sheltered environment with carefully managed nutrition and care – resulting in a consistently, high-quality, well-finished product.

Sustainable Poultry 

Joyce Farms Speciality Birds 

Joyce Farms Speciality Birds, known as the “naked bird”, are raised on small family farms in North Carolina under strict, humane standards inspired by France’s Lable Rouge program. Raised without hormones, antibiotics, or artificial additives and fed wholesome, natural grains, these low-stress birds deliver consistently moist, tender meat. Offerings include Poussin, Pintade, Pheasant, and Poulet Rouge. 

Manchester Farms 

Manchester Farms is a second-generation, family – owned quail farm in Columbia, South Carolina, dedicated to raising heritage-breed quail naturally and humanely. Fed a balanced, antibiotic-free diet and raised in a low-stress environment, their quail are known for hand de-boned, semi0-boneless European style quail featuring the signature v-pin with all bones removed except the wing and drumstick – without compromising meat or skin integrity. 

Joe Jurgielewicz & Son 

Dr. Joe has been producing premium Pekin duck for over 25 years, combining family tradition with modern, sustainable farming practices. Raised in free-roaming, low-stress environments and fed a natural diet of local grains, their ducks deliver an ideal balance of meat and fat. With a strong commitment to animal welfare, advanced water treatment, and hands-on veterinary care, they consistently produce exceptional-quality duck.

W. Black Australian Wagyu Beef 

W Black Australian Wagyu Beef sets a new benchmark for premium wagyu. Hand-selected calves are evaluated throughout every stage of the program for superior genetics, performance, and consistency. Sustainability raised and Halal certified, this Wagyu delivers exceptional eating quality and some of the finest steaks available. 

Imported Australian Lamb

Imported Australian Lamb is raised on unspoiled pastureland without unnecessary hormones or antibiotics. Carefully managed genetics and feeding programs produced a naturally lean, tender lamb with a mild, clean flavor. Naturally aged for tenderness and constancy, Australian lamb delivers exceptional freshness, quality, and value for today’s menus.

Lumina New Zealand Lamb  

Lumina is 100% natural, free-range, and grass-fed, finished on specialty cultivated on chicory pastures. Finely marbled and naturally rich in Omega-3s, it offers a mild aroma, light pink color, and a delicate, lighter-bodied texture that delivers exceptional eating quality.

Halperns’ contributes to the sustainability cycle through efficient transportation and fuel conservation. Our expansion into eight facilities has created local distribution hubs reducing the number of miles driven back and forth.
